Things I'll Do Different On My Next Island

OK, there was a lack of any threads in here so I'm going to start this one off and see if there's anybody out there....

I'm assuming that anyone on this board has at least started a One Block island or is thinking about it and.. possibly, you've decided to restart to Build Back Better

What is the number one thing that you'd do different on your next island?

I'd use water and lava to get down to the bottom of the world and start building out my farming and mob farming area way down there out of ear / arrow shot.

Yeah, I'd probably build the farms and whatnot well below oneblock, and probably build a large platform above maybe in a nice shape, make it look better yknow?

I'd not waste dirt expanding till I need to make farms etc.
